服务流程
客户须知
· 1、客户需提供商标注册证、营业执照、税务登记证和组织代码证复印件并签定委托加工合同
Clients should provide copy versions of Trademark Registration Certificate, Business License, Tax Registration Certificate, Enterprise Code Certificate and sign the OEM entrust contract with Meisheng
· 2、所委托生产的产品外包装标识必须正确无误(符合国家标准的要求)在外包装上如果有监制、技术 提供等字样应提供相应的合法证明文件
All information on the outer package should be correct and in line with national standard; legal verifying documents are required for those packages with the names of other manufacturers and technical supporters.
· 3、对于客户定样生产的产品,我方按需打样,在样品和价格确认后封样生产
For those products manufactured according to the samples provided by clients, we will make our samples that meet the customer’s requirements; when both our samples and prices are confirmed by the clients, we will start scaled production according and keep the confirmed samples for further reference
· 4、产品生产周期为10天，客户应提前做好生产计划，客户包材需在灌装前三天运到工厂内，以便安 排生产，如包材需寄存厂内以便安排仓库存放
Generally, a manufacturing period lasts 10 days; customers should prepare the producing plan in advance and their package should reach our manufacturing center 3 days beforeinputting of the product; customers are kindly required to notice us in advance if they want to store their package in our storehouse so that we can arrange preparation as soon as possible.
· 5、客户签定加工合同后,为维护双方利益,除提供第一条要求证件之外,另须提供下列附件:
A、客户委托我厂加工产品授权书.
B、客户加工产品详细名称品种.、
In order to protect mutual benefit, the following documents are required to be presented after the OEM manufacturing contract is signed, besides those copied certificates stated in the first clause:
A、OEM Entrust & Authorizing Document prepared by the client
B、Document containing detailed information of the products
客户备忘
· 1、名称:需符合国家、行业、企业产品标准或反映化妆品真实性,要简明、易懂.在使用创新名称时,必须同时使用规定的名称,反映产品的真实性.产品的名称也必须标注在主视面
Item Name: It should accord with the national, industrial and corporate standards; brief and easy to understand, indicating the nature of the product correctly; when using new names, the classifying standard name should be also presented in the mean time; the item name should be on the main and important area of the label.
· 2、制造者及经销商的名称和地址:应标明产品制造、分装者经依法登记注册的名称和地址,经销商在中国依法登记注册的名称和地址、经销商或代理商在中国依法登记注册的名称地址
Name and Address of Manufacturer or Distributor: Legalized name and address of the manufacturer and distributor registered in China are required to be shown on the label.
· 3、内装物量:标明产品的净含量或净容量.
Capacity: Including the net weight of the stuffing content and the exact capacity of the package.
· 4、日期标注:日期标注包括保质期、生产批号、生产日期或限用日期,除生产批号外都要在产品包装的可视面.
Date: Including expiring date, production code, manufacturing date; except the production code, all other information should be shown on the package.
· 5、生产企业的生产许可证、卫生许可证号和产品执行标准号、条形编码.
Numbers of Production License, Sanitation License, Product Executive Standard and Code Bar are required to be printed on the label.
· 6、进口化妆品应标明进口化妆品卫生许可证、卫生批准文号.
Imported cosmetics should state the sanitation license and license permission number.
· 7、特殊用途化妆品还须标注特殊用途化妆品卫生批准文号.
Cosmetics for special use should show the special sanitation permission number accordingly.
· 8、必要时要标明产品的安全警告和指南.
Cautions and usage direction should be stated when necessary.
· 9、必要时要标明满足保质期和安全性要求的储存条件.
Requirements of save storage should be shown when necessary.
